Rich LaFleur has worked at the accounting and advisory firm Grant Thornton for 37 years. He is currently a senior audit partner with the company and works mainly with clients in the real estate, hospitality, and government services sectors. Rich has served on the firm’s Partnership Board for three terms, and he led the firm’s Washington and Baltimore practices as Office Managing Partner for 16 years. Rich is the co-founder, emcee, and co-chair of the Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards and a board member and former chairman of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Rich received his B.S. degree from Miami University in Ohio.
