We asked. You answered.

Over the past two weeks you, our supporters, have helped us provide for patients in need at the NIH by donating to our work.
Your generosity has allowed us to give assistance to a mother of three suffering from respiratory disease, a father who is the sole provider for his family but has been unable to work because of his cancer, and a 6-year-old boy from Iraq who underwent a bone marrow transplant but is recovering in our apartments with his caregiver.

Some of you reached out to us directly to ensure your donation was received because, as one donor put it, “I know that it’s the right time to give because I can tell you need it right now.”

Yes, we do. And thank you, thank you, thank you. Your continued support sustains our mission and makes all the difference.

As we adapt to these unprecedented circumstances, our work continues. We still need your support to serve our patients.

If you haven’t made a contribution yet, now is the perfect time. Patients depend upon us, and we depend upon you.

Please consider donating today to help change the life of a patient. You can be that person to relieve the financial burden from someone who just needs to focus on healing.

To make a gift, you can reach out directly to our Development Officer, Kevin Blackerby at kevin@friendsatnih.org or give through our website.
